After 17 hours of labor Sawyer Lee Rottinghaus was finally born via csection. He just didn't want to come out the other way! He weighed 8lbs 14.5oz, and was 22in long! We were in the hospital for 4 days and have been home now for 3 days. He is doing really well and at his newborn assessment checkup yesterday he passed with flying colors! Now to Iowa City sometime this month to see more information about his kidneys. Here are some photos!
